Aloha, we’re the Englert Ohana! Our story began in December 2023 when our family took the trip of a lifetime to the islands of New Zealand. We rented a camper van and set off on an epic adventure. On our first day, we discovered “New Zealand style real fruit ice cream,” and from that day onward, our trip revolved around where we could get the next real fruit swirl. Perfect Day was inspired an created from our unforgettable family travels.

We blend real fruit into our locally made ice cream base to create the perfect swirl. No artificial dyes or junk, just real fruit ice cream, made-to-order with aloha! We source nearly all of our toppings from local makers and businesses, for example - Manoa Chocolate cacao nibs and LiliJoy’s lilikoi butter.

Perfect Day Real Fruit Ice Cream opened for business August 1, 2024. We have two open-air style trailers that you can find all around the island at weekly farmers markets, night markets, school events and annual events. We also cater special events, such as weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. We also have a third trailer permanently located at the Waikele Premium Outlets.

To us, the “perfect day” doesn’t mean a day without any problems, it means “complete”. We hope that when you stop by Perfect Day, our real fruit ice cream completes your beautiful day in Hawaii, just as it did each day on our adventure in New Zealand.
